For starters, you'd need to come up with some ideas about your nation that would enable you for some RP chances. They wouldnt have to be unique, but the more unique (from mainstream TV/Movies etc.) it is, the more chances you'd have for a quality RP. Identify some people you'd be interested in RPing...
