Your drums are a little mechanical. No one can hit a hi-hat that perfectly 150+ times in a row. It becomes distracting after a while.
Not to mention the music in Halo ODST is fucking awful. Why would you write music inspired by it?

I'm also going to suggest adding this to Section V - Laws:
It is established that no single member state may speak for the ESUS as a whole.
