Re: Need Help Breaking the "Third Spanish States Curse"
I'm writing it as of now... More details on how pathetic most of them have become because they don't need to work and technology does almost everything free of charge: In Solar Communes there are some many lazy asses that almost nobody walks on foot . Everybody seems to use some goofy-looking hover ...

Re: The Hardest Videogame Ever Made:
I prefer Commandos, or playing Hearts of Iron 2 with Poland at the hardest difficulty setting... and attempting to annex Germany with it.

Re: Suggestions thread
Anyway, there are gazillions of space games with hardcoded warfare and diplomacy. Play-By-Forum with a "online rulebook" is always more interesting. I'm not sure if it's a good comparison, but from your description the software component of Disunity stands as a sort of interactive "ru...

Re: Suggestions thread
I'm not sure if someone already suggested this for the future of Disunity, and if it's plausible for a web-based game, but it could add some strategic depth is possible. Basically I suggest something I expect to be planned. A system that allows you to send dropships to invade other planets not much ...

Re: Need Help Breaking the "Third Spanish States Curse"
I'd be interested, I suppose. Would you rather RP with a tourist who wanders by, a warship who wanders by, or a science vessel that wanders by? Whatever it is, it is not wandering by. It is drifting into the infinite Chaos of the Warp and found the way to Solar Communes universe through a Van Groth...

Re: Need Help Breaking the "Third Spanish States Curse"
Die elite sprach. Heil ? I have to start a RP about the IC details on how a bunch of human supremacist anarchists decided to join ESUS here. It'll be open for anything except blowing the extremely limited number of colonized planets they have. I suppose any human-majority power would fare well diplo...

Re: Need Help Breaking the "Third Spanish States Curse"
At last... http://forums3.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=562454 Actually, other than a few SMAC and Alien Crossfire tech/"secret project" concepts like "Probabilistic Mechanics" and "Cloudbase Academy", it's entirely original tech base and Solar Communes doesn't fit with a...

Re: Need Help Breaking the "Third Spanish States Curse"
One word: furnace. Actually it was roughly like: "Lets vote on how to kill the aliens! I say we suck the planet into a singularity!" "Oh noes the expense! Mass nuking is cheaper" "So, how many want a singularity and how many want nuking? I suggest the first because blah bla...
