There will be three tests. You will RP as all sides of every test, and fufill all requirements. Upon completion, you'll recieve a grade from 0 to 100, based on roleplaying ability, spelling (c'mon, how hard is running a post through Word? 
), and completion of your assignment. Upon completing all three, the scores will be averaged, and a grade of 90% (or is it 85? I can never remember...) will result in admittance.Your first test: An unidentified flying object (not neccessarily Roswell style, any old alien craft will do) has just crash-landed on your homeworld/capital planet/whatever. Unfortunately, it has also landed directly on top of your head of state. RP the crash, the resulting crisis, and first contact. Note that the xenos are far more technologically advanced than you are. Other than that, you have a free reign on how to deal with the unexpected visitors.
