Applying for membership

Hello, I am the Telrosian Republic and I would like to join ESUS. I have been looking for an active alliance with good and fair rpers. And from what I have seen and heard, ESUS is the place. So, I would like to apply for membership.

Oh, my apologies. Thats the name i am using now, but the nation I am using is the Confederacy of Telros.

Demanding better wages and benefits, you must RP your leader (or the union boss) attempting to work out a solution to the problem. The Opposition is disgruntled about conditions that have existed for years and will not move an inch on the common issues of benefits and salaries. You cannot legislate them back to work, nor force them to, you must attempt to work out the problems diplomatically.

He nodded and fell in step behind the ODST's, while the Marines took the rear and flank positions. They moved through the doorway exiting the hangar and headed through the steel-gray hallways of the complex. The people who had orchestrated this meeting didn't want any distractions from the meeting itself, all attention had to be focuse don fixing the problem. They finally came to a door that was guarded by two more ODST's, who saluted the Archona and stepped through. Inside were nine men and women, four wore the blue uniforms that stood for the unions, the badge of their particular union on their shoulder. The other five men were the CEO's of the major companies of the Republic. Both groups glared at each other and the air was so thick, you could almost cut it with a knife. Valoris grimaced. This was going to be a bitch. He waved at the escort who filed out, except for two Marines who guarded the inside of the door, as well as to step in if things went south. He moved to his seat and sat down. The nine representatives looked over at him as he sat, waiting for him to begin. Sighing, the Archon looked up at the groups.
