Alright, here's the deal. I want live Shivans and I'm willing to pay alot of money for them. One billion USD per head. The only ground rule is that the capture must be accepted by a Shivan player.

I'm also willing to pay one million USD for seven dead ones.

And yes, I have my reasons.

I have a really intresting hypothesis, and if I get my live Shivans, I may be able to turn that into a weapon, a weapon more devestating to the Shivans then a million Kanuckistani battleplates.

Ok, I know other shivan nations aside from those the ESUS is entangling, if I can capture them, would it be accpetable?

Ok, he says he will willingly give me 10 Shivans for Amnisty from the ESUS Genocide against the Shivans as he has committed no acts of aggression against us. I will personally wipe him clean from the stars if it turns out otherwise.

It has to be a Shivan. It has to be physically the same as IB's or Ekardia's or TOR's Shivans. It also has to share some sort of hivemind. (As similar to 'our' shivan hiveminds as possible.

Well, he does not follow their hive hive mind, as he is not ICly aware of them so he ICly assumes he is the only Shivans. Yes they are genetically identical.
