My immediate advice is to go buy Brewsters. It is a dictionary, and a quite fine one. This you should use to bludgeon yourself comatose each and every night, in the faint hope that some of the knowledge contained in it might be transferred. If not, it would at least leave you damaged enough that you wouldn't be coming here and violate our senses with your retarded babble.

I need a flag for an as yet unnamed group.

I need it in the style of a Battle Standard. Dark green field with two white ale tankards knocking together in the middle. White line offset a little from the edge all the way around. Hope that's specific enough for our flag master.

Excellent, except for the "battle standard" criteria. There is no hard and fast definition of battle standard; closest I could find on Wikipedia is the "ensign" and it's basically a standard flag anyway.

Well, the Universal Brotherhood is a rather peacenik organisation, made up mostly of Raegh (Shadowrun/Earthdawn elves). You could use TirTairngire's flag for partial inspiration. Talk to me on MSN for more info/brainstorming.

Field: A pale/metallic grey with a single wide bar of green running vertically through the center

Symbols: An old fashioned Greek style helm, moderate plummage, with Roman-style wreathes flanking both sides.
