We generally do not give or sell any of our tech for the simple reason that it will probably be rather incompatable with others races' tech base. Unless of course, you plan to use Sskiss based technlogies exclusively, or nearly so. A somewhat more secretive reason is that we wish as a whole to keep our techs base advantages to ourselves. We have, in the past incorporated other races tech on a fairly limited scale (CF comes to mind) in with regards to warhead loading systems, power armoured mining suits and portable projectile based weapons.
