Three decimal places will result in some nasty rounding problems later in the calculations. Besides, the two levels basically are the same.

This'll make a great calculator once you've finished. It's already looking good. You could use the multi-tech level idea I posted on the other thread, if you want. Also, you can have the whole "enough to buy" blahdi blahdi blah like they have on pipian.

I'm working on a budget calculator similar to the thirdgeek.com one, only designed specifically for space nations.
