What we are, what we are not

What we are:
- A secret society. No-one but members should ever know we exist.
- Invite-only. Members can only be admitted if another member gains the approval of all other members, and invites them.
- A military alliance. The CAST focuses on military and economic growth in equal proportions.
- Elitist. Only the best may join.
- An organisation which will infringe upon sovereign rights.
- Party to compulsory military pools.
- Answerable to any "supreme commanders," rather, all should contribute during wars, though not in any set method.
