But if he passes, that means he's in. I would have serious problems with being in an alliance with a country I was just in a war against.

All I can do at the moment is lodge a formal objection to admitting Cam III.
If he's elected as a member, then he's a member.
But for the record, Sarzonia objects to admitting Cam III.

Cam III used to be in the SAND alliance. Therefore, he gets my vote. I don't know why you guys got beef with him.

I have a problem with him because he's a warmonger. He declared war on Nellisland because the guy INSULTED him. He tried to close that RP without getting Nellisland to agree to it (completely ignoring the fact that I had a force in Nellisland helping him to establish a democracy and thus had vested interest over there).

Scenario #3: Cam III intelligence has identified a cell of rebels attempting to revolt against the Cam III government. There main base is deep underground. Roleplay your attempt to annilihate this cell... Use ground troops or special forces...
