Scenario #1: The situation has deteriorated within your nation as your people have spontaneously revolted against your nation's government. Provided with military and monetary assistance from many of your allies, attempt to end this rebellion. RP our your attempts to use diplomatic means until it seems hopeless to end the situation through negotiations.

The tests are not canon. That is, they do not affect your nation as a whole.

Sucks for you. If you are allowed to change your test scenario, what is to stop others requesting the same, until an easier one comes up? I suggest you get on with your test.

Well you're not going to pass unless you RP all three of the scenarios... If you fail even one, the chances of you passing are virtually nil...

If you refuse to do this test, then the maximum score you can get (assuming you manage 100 in the next two) is 67%. The cutoff for a pass is 80%. Refusal will mean ejection.

Flexing my (non-existant) Administrative muscle.

We're temporarily skipping that test. Also, editing it so that it can take into account various internal policy styles. Remember, 5CN. Some nations define diplomacy with rebels solely as anything also defined as deadly force.

Anyone want to dispute this? Take it up with the courts or over messanger with me.

Test #2

One of your ships, while attacking scout ships hostile to the ESUS alliance (GE, CAGE, AoN, USF, ect), accidently blows up a 5CN merchant vessel that strayed into the crossfire. The nation of 5CN wants the captain and senior crew executed, and the rest imprisoned.

RP your defense or condemnation of the captain and crew.

Just trying to smooth things out.
