I voted nay.
From an IC standpoint, my people would not want to stop just yet, we haven't teaching the cruel, heartless GFFA bastards their lesson. ie: We haven't inflicted nearly enough casualties. (My people are quite the vindictive types...)
From an OOC standpoint, I was having multitudes of fun until Whyatica suddenly went through a life crisis or something. But there are signs that the Privateering thread will soon be back on track, however.

That was actually the point. I don't want them to accept, I want them to decline so I can keep blowing the crap out of them.Northrop-Grumman wrote:I highly doubt they'd accept. The idea behind the ceasefire is that they want to avoid a two front war against both ESUS and GE and focus their efforts on the latter.blaesa wrote:Have them start their thread, demand complete disbandment of their armed forces to a level determined by us (something like the Treaty of Singapore, I'd think, I'll look for a copy). No power outputs of such and such a level, complete oversight by ESUS observers, etc. They'll either accept such terms (and thus we win), or they'll balk and we can keep shooting.

I would demand access to their Shipbuilding, mining, and prefab factories, to be immediatly handed over to Vector Inc.
I would also offer protectorate status to any GFFA nation, moving their federal government to a local level, and beginning reconstruction at mostly our expense... While slowly culturally subverting their people, alluring them with a 0% Tax rate and cheap Vector made goods, while still allowing for privatly owned buissiness...

Mmmm...I love that idea. It would truly be an excellent way to conduct post-war activities especially when a corporation is a nation like myself.Siesatia wrote:I would demand access to their Shipbuilding, mining, and prefab factories, to be immediatly handed over to Vector Inc.
