PR is always important - while uncommon, the course of wars have been known to turn around over night because those perceived as the 'Bad Guys' were dog-piled by previously neutral nations.

Indeed. Which is why I'm making a rather large effort to portray us as the injured party, attacked by a terrorist alliance. Working decently too, I'd say.
