Looks like it's basically propaganda anyway - he's not claiming the events happened IC, just that his records are vague and his people think you were involved. They want revenge, you seemed a likely suspect, so they jumped to a conclusion and blamed you.

Asking you would have been polite, but I don't think really necessary. No more than we needed permission to make up BS propaganda for use against the GFFA.

What he knew/knows or didn't know won't matter. I doubt he or the GFFA could ever mount anything that could even penetrate as far as Chronosian border territory let alone through the rest of us to get to you.

I don't get it..... This copen charater plans on attacking Chronosia for something he didn't do and in order to do so he would not only be fighting Chronosia, but the entire ESUS to boot?

Something just doesn't add up here.... Surely he must know its suicide, right?
