How are you supposed to use special effects? I cannot figure it out...

The glow is just a piece set to "High emitton" under the textures.

I'm talking about the parts under "Special Effects". Textures don't do anything to them...

Special effects are kinda pointless, sorry for the long wait, but I think using a high emitton texture on a normal piece gives you a better end result.
