Should have another post up in an hour or two. Oh, and note to Ald Rhun and Godular: the Sons are currently transmitting targetting information for your respective superweapon thingies. Feel free to begin shooting them whenever you like.

I've actually taken to typing my posts in notepad and then copying them to my browser, or typing them in the browser and just drag-select/copy them befor hitting submit to hold a backup.

No FTLi at all, or just avoid masking allies and enemies with FTLi?

Yep. Which is precisely why I don't want anyone else running FTLi. QUETZAL thinks a hell of a lot faster than most of you, so if you're running the blinkage of your own FTLi, it leaves much larger gaps than those QUETZAL makes.

Ah. Kanuckistani FTLi can't be blinked, for balance purposes. Drop the field and you have to start from scratch.

Tho I would note that thinking faster is only meaningful here if someone tried to manually coordinate - afterall, you don't need to be an AI to synchronise clocks and tell your computer when and how long to do something, or remotely slave the blink to the incoming ship's nav computer.

They just need a few seconds' prep time is all.

Small note: Feel free to begin posting your forces arriving. You can assume that they're already at the half-way point, as I don't really plan on shooting them much more until then. Heck, I don't think my next barrage from the Band will arrive until then anyway.
