TFU is joining the GFFA and promising to give them troops under their flags so that its not technically him fighting us, and boasting that his tech can match the ESUS.
Even though the wars dead it represents a further annoyance, brought on by his fear of the Empire. It's all OOC info, anyways, but its still a nugget I thought I ought to share.

Actually, I was basing that on the fact that my fickle memory could only place twelve active members in the alliance at any one time.

Not only that CF, but many have been around far longer than him. And though they dont make tech threads, it is assumed they have been building up on their tech.
