Artist forgot a few things, the Bridge featured in the background was torn down and replaced by the Memorial Bridge about 2 years ago.
Also, there are no Skyscrapers or tall buildings in DC, as nothing can be taller than the Washington Monument, however, there are clearly two buildings featured that are.
