All nations are a collection of cliches of some sort or another. It's just that some of the more clever nations are formed from more obscure and interesting cliches. Like, just for an example, an army of almighty manly men each of whom is basically RamboArnoldJackbauer on every kind of performance enhancing drug in creation. Sounds pretty awesome...
