I fucking hate the fapanese side. All* their units are ugly and poorly concieved. LOL RICE PICKER HELMET!

*The only jap unit that isn't lame so far is the Imperial Warrior, and that's borderline. Yuriko wouldn't be lame if she was a happy schoolgirl instead of an angry one.

Oh, and the Russians seem to be teetering on the fail-saw as well. The Apocalypse tank looks like a fucking dwarven steamtank from Warcrap 3. And, heresy of heresy, it ditched the missiles! Their other tank is stupidly ugly too. And they got rid of the squid! On the other hand, tesla troopers look even better, the twinblade isn't too bad (flying commissars, yo!) and the armored bears are pretty neat.

The Allies seem to be made of fail as well. Peacekeepers with shotguns and riot shields? Lame starcrap-like airplanes that hover in one place while shooting kirovs with dinky autocannons after we got interesting dogfights in Generals and C&C3? Granted, the assault destroyer is neat, but that's just a ripoff from SupCom. And where is the chronotech? Yeah, there's a storyline reason for why it's gone, but still, chronotech is the allies' trademark. It's hard to have a RA3 without allied chronospheres.

Also, the RA3 beta has horrible performance.

In conclusion: RA3's unit design overwhelmingly sucks, and unless they massively change it between now and the finished product, the game will suck.[/C&Cfanboyrage]

I hope RA 3 isn't made of fail, its sheer ridiculousness was an excellent counterbalance to the extreme seriousness of the Tiberium Series.
