This reminds me of something:
A couple of days ago, while heading for a nearby suburb, I saw something flying overhead. It didn't appear to have any wings, and was a moderately thick black rectangle with landing lights at each corner, the two in reverse of the direction of travel being red and the forward ones being a bright white. It was going at moderate speed over a well-populated area with much traffic.

A bird with landing lights and what appeared to be brake lights? I think not. More of a flying car, but not one of a human design aesthetic.

It could be a new "black ops" project the've been working on. I heard when people in Europe first saw the stealth craft that exist today, they thought it was a UFO.

I'm not looking for conspiracy. Why in the fuck would the government cover up that sort of thing? Biggest PR coup ever, "We made contact with aliens!"
No, no, it's the fact that a large brick with light stripes is unable to fly on present technology. Unless someone jacked a Man Cannon from Halo 3 and launched a car from it, I'm going to assume that the thing I saw was a UFO and act accordingly.
