1 ) The papers that come aren't always the exact same paper respawning over and over, they are always different from each other, even if the differences are subtle, and the ways to deal with them are not exactly alike.
2 ) It requires more action and mental effort than pressing a key and seeing a cheesy animated character hacking another.
3 ) It is a gateway to social life instead of an opportunity to type leetspeak in a chatbox with 12-year olds.
4 ) I get paid monthly for it instead of paying monthly for it
5 ) It wasn't designed for ADHD kids
6 ) There are decent women there, many of them are single and neither of them are avatars used by 45-year old obese males.
7 ) It is air-conditioned and doesn't stink Cheetos
8 ) People are mostly friendly and helpful (I admit I got lucky, but still)
9 ) It gives me useful experience for real life
10 ) If I was given the choice of playing a MMORPG instead of working there, I would pass it.
11 ) Every choice has consequences
12 ) It is only a part of a greater game called Real Life(tm) rather than everything
13 ) It allows me to enjoy Real Life(tm) better
