Seems like I've overestimated Forum 7, thinking it would FAIL less than NSG*.

Or was the ancient one less FAIL than that and a real spam forum?

Perhaps they're trying to guard against constant reposting of catchphrases?

Either way our free freedoms here in ESUS are guaranteed solely by our small size and angry badger-like nature; like Switzerland we can do crazy things like mandatory gun ownership and near-anarchic spam forums because our user base is not monstrous and nigh uncontrollable.
