The Shivans claim their entire fleet has been cornered in Yarin, yet they continue to attack Tithian space, and get involved in the assault on Coreworlds (here. Any nation with an ounce of intelligence would recognise that they've been feeding us false information, and therefore we can do whatever we want to Yarin, since IB gave himself away.
