I don't know. I seem to have more IC encounters with you and a few others than I do with the rest of the alliance, so my nation grows fond of those it often ends up working alongside.

My guys don't work well with mercs whose nations they havent conquered yet. .-. I kinda like the strained-too-thin angle for my military right now. You dont see it too often on NS.
