For the last hour and half the gigantic auditorium had been filled to well beyond capacity with people standing where ever there was room. It wasn’t that they had to be there; the event was being broadcast to any who want it. It was instead a rare chance to see the speaker, ambassador Emily Dodalla in person. She was the legendary Admiral who lead Tappee’s forces in the Orion War, and few prior had been discharged for insubordination for sending a military force to the Island of Clairmont against orders, now she served as Tappee ambassador to the government of Steel Butterfly. It was rare that she spoke in public, so for most it rare chance to actually meet, or at least see her. Those who filled the room were either students from the military academy, or students from the university.
With her speech finished, ambassador Dodalla had opened the floor to questions those in the audience may have. The first person who wanted to ask a question walked up to the mic nervously, it was obvious from her appearance that she was student from the university.
