Cpt Maxwell: I am requesting an immediate, full scale action taken against the Luthor Empire. They have unprovekedly attacked an ally of the Metallinauts. We have already deployed the 1st fleet and the 21st division with much more on the way.

(OOC: The Luthor Empire is not a NAtion it is a made up enemy)

What was the grounds for the attack? Was there provocation? We need to know more information about the attacker before committing the full force of the ESUS. However we will send the Indra Prime Fourth Fleet to help assist your nation in humanitarian aid.

The Empire does not currently hold many military assets. We are reenacting laws and reopening military production centers as we speak however, so once our navy increases to its once great size we will gladly help you.

With regret, Indra Prime will not be able to endorse an armed conflict with the enemy of an ally's ally. We are engaged in a conflict that could decide the fate of the Galaxy. We are currently recalling our entire fleet and rearming them with our most advanced weaponry. The enemy is preparing an invasion fleet to rid this galaxy of Humanity. Any nation from the ESUS wo will be able to assist us in this conflict. However let it be known that any nation that joins us will probably suffer heavy losses in their fleet.

In both cases, we would requior detailed information about the enemy, nature of the conflict, other parties involved, the conflict's history thusfar, and the circumstances and motivations leading up to them, befor we could consider deploying military forces to assist.

Cpt Maxwell:We were patorlling sector 11 sub-sector 67 when our scanners notced indications of a fire fight at the fringe of our borders. We sent 5 Defiant Class Escorts and 1 Soverign Class Super Heavy Battleship. When we arrived we found thousands of wrecked ships and many more critically damaged ones. We helped th R-A evecuate all the injured and crippled vessels. Though there was a ground battle raging so we landed 1,000,000 soldiers from th 1st through 21st divisions and 25,000 jetbikes from the 1st through 45th mobile and 15,000 Fire Prisms from the Eldar 23rd Armor. We also warped in our entire 4th fleet. Please back us in this war. Soon this threat will spread into ESUS Territory. We beeseech the counsil to back us. Also Indra Prime our 7th and 8th Flee are on their way to asist you.
