Donations to establish the standing ESUS Fleet

[Indra Prime]

The Nation of Indra Prime moves to amend the ESUS constitution to include a subsection regarding the donation of Military Hardware, or at the very least, vessel designs to the Alliance for the creation and substantiation of the standing ESUS fleet. If there is a fleet that exists that remains under the sole control of the ESUS Alliance, nations that come under siege from another nation and no nation in the Alliance can provide military support, then the vessels in the ESUS Grand Fleet will be able to render military aid until such nations can render aid to needing nations. The TRC of Indra Prime is going to donate our entire eleventh fleet providing those vessels survive the attack against the Shivans. The Base of Operations for the Extra Solar Union of Systems will be based in the adjacent Sector to the Fleet Operations Headquarters. Both will be stationed in the Rosette Nebula and the Monoceros Cluster where advanced shipyards and military facilities already have been constructed but never used. They were built in the latter days of the Old ESUS and were never used as a BoO.

The ESUS constitution was specifically written to make sure that NOTHING is forced. No technology is required to be given up unless it is voluntary. This will NOT be changed from the original constitution.

The Dominion may be willing to temporarily place vessels at the desposal of a joint alliance defence force for the purposes of rapid response; they would, however, be subject to the possibility of reassignment without prior notice.

We choose to vote in favor of this amendment, tho we'll have to wait until the completion of several current development projects and the evaluation of their results befor we can decide how we will eventually participate in this initive.

We also sugest the amendment's wording be changed to directly specify that participation is entirely volentary.
