To understand that, you've got to understand how my cities are arranged. 98% red light district, 2% residential. Any other industry or commercial applications are spread out in the countryside, completely decentralized.

He needs to understand that he CANNOT post your losses. If you're ignoring him, anything he claims is just wasted time on his part - since it never happened to you.
