As the Sskiss would say "We can now eat and grow strong". This is good for us. As for Neo Mekanta, dispite his power, he is still only one opponent and he couldnt take on the whole ESUS alliance. Order of Reptiles is at least a decent roleplayer, the rest of the Shivan nations very from mediocre to pure crap.

US and SPARTEN are both IB puppets. And I don't find TOR to be a godmoder. well, anywho, because IB is prolly the one wanting the traty it doesnt matter. The only thing the other shivans have done this entire war is provide IB with free ships. if we attack them while IB is under ceasefire A) he gets cut off from backup, and B) we can get rid of the "oh yeah, and heres another navy i had stashed up my ass crack" sort of thing from happening again
