Ok, here's the bacon fresh report. US' largest supply base is Endor. Endor is going down. I'm going to pull everything out of defending his convoys in one swoop to attack his fleet and depot above Endor, which, if it all goes well, will both cripple his offensive capability, and could destroy up to half his fleet. When I have secured Endor, CW will appear with 3 ISDs, and execute a Base Delta zero action on the planet. We will falsify evidence that it was a Sith plot to discredit the rebellion, to turn CW worlds against CW. After all, if his own planets are on the Siths side, there's not much you can do about it. So, keeping CWs planets loyal to the correct gov't is a top priority.

We've actually got it down with Sith, and he's accepted the attack without qualm, however, he's sprung something on me. I'll be engaging hostile action against US first. Technically, I'll be declaring war on him first, so you'll be under no obligation to assist in the counterattack, which he says will occur as a result of me annihilating Endor. Still, I should've damaged him enough that I'll be able to absorb a counterstrike, but just to let y'all know.

You better give a little prayer for those Ewoks. There won't be any left alive after a base delta zero.

(I think I deserve a custom title. ESUS Ewok killer. Only kidding. Or, am I?)

I'm afraid I can't do that, if I shipped all the Ewoks out, he might get a little suspicious ICly, methinks. But pay attention to this, if you can be bothered. I'll be using a RPer specific form of my Doc ock power armours. (as in, you don't accept them, that's fine, but against those that do, I'll use them. I don't think they're Godmodding, but they might not fit in at all with the preferences of the RPer, and they're minor enough for me to smooth them out just for the sake of things.)

Basically, the Doc-ock MkX is a new, improved version of the armour. Upping the leg count to 16, and the top speed to 60mph, it's taller, at 15ft, and made of more flexible, yet durable, materials, to ensure maximum survivability. It also uses a maserpulse minigun as opposed to an AP kinetic minigun, to cut recoil. It has 8 of them. It also has 4 Jordaxian electron blades (basically, lightsabres) which it can use all at once to make it pretty unstoppable in a melee. It keeps the original 2in gauss guns, but adds another two. As with all Jordaxian units, it performs best in a squad, Now these things are exceptionally rare, and count as Jordaxian ubertroops. I only maintain an active force of 2 thousand of these guys at any one time, so they're for vital missions and psychological warfare purposes. (I could manufacture way more of the armours, but training a man to use 4 lightsabres is a difficult business, so it's only my most elite troops that have the armours.)

So, how are the Doc Ock troopers faring in conflict, anyway?

Any adjustments to UAI's trooper modification program you'd like, sense the original arrangments were made?

You know, I've never had a chance to test them, because things keep changing at the last minute (usually: it degenerates to a Godmod fest) . I WILL be getting a chance here, however, as I'm going to drop a small amount on Endor to pinpoint supplies before the area is BDZ'ed. I've made some general upgrades to the armour, but nothing that would require modification of the troops. Just speed increases, changing the material the armour is made of to a more flexible composite, etc.

Der, I forgot. I currently run the 16 legged variant with an assisting AI, but it's clumsier than it needs to be simply because it's like cramming two brains in one body, so if it's possible to arrange on the same time period some kind of re-vatting of the troops so that they have motor controls for 16 limbs, then name yon price. (second edit. Only the two thousand chosen per batch to undergo the upgrade, mind.)

Easiest way to pull that off would be with the incorperation of an EMP-immune neural lace; they're pretty common here, so development costs of specialised hardware and software are low enough that they can be waived.

It will, however, increase price from USD $32k to USD $125k per unit to undergo this alternative procedure. Overall augmentation time would remain effectivly unchanged.

EDIT:
BTW, does US know who payed your guys to double-cross him?

ow... that's expensive. Still, it's hardly crippling, and I'm only having it done to 2000 units as opposed to 396,000.

As for him knowing who bought the forces? I'll tell him. After the attack.
