Clad in all black the Metallinautian delegate strode accros the expansive stage. Behind her a huge display screen enlargened her image for those in back of her. The hover cameras buzzed around her in an erratic, but calculated dance. She could feel every set of eyes upon her. With a furrow of her brow.

'Too long have we sat idle and watched a certain member of this alliance commit atrocities beyond the immagination. While yes, this statement can be applied to many of our commrades in this alliance, some of them are mysteriously absent, others have been over run in alien invasions. Still one remains strong and digs it's roots of genocide deeper and deeper. We refer to none other than the Skeelzanians. Their xenophobia knows no bounds, they even periodically threaten to declare war on other members. Case and point the mounting aggression between Arnuremburg and Bandalok. Noting also that they have a severe and genocidal attitude towards elves, which we ourselves are partially classed as. Seeing their unparralled aggression towards meember nations, we begin to question the safety of our war torn people. We also want to note the instability of Skeelzania, this refers to the Civil War that recently occured. With out infringing upon national soverignty we urge the Skeelzanian Government to stop all genocidal practices and the unfair persicution of all races that are not Skeelzanian in decent.' with that lenghty statement she waited for the response of the Alliance.

The Metallinautian diatribe didn't seem to faze the Skeelzanian ESUS represented, one Ztuh Lenoil, at all. He had fought this before. Pushing his chair back from his desk, the 7' 8" attonery cleared his throat. "Objection! The Sternreich of Skeelzania has never, ever, ever practicied genocide. Rather, occasional "xeno-cleansing" has taken place in occupied territories so as to retain order. This "xeno-cleansing", or xenocide as it is more commonly known, is not recognized as a crmie in Skeelzanian courts."

For once the UA member was present. An elf. He was quite an imposing one to, given that he was holding a very big gun, with the safety off.
"We elves are not xenos! Nor are anyother alien species. We are equals! Despite the strife in my nation, elves live in peace! Now, I am still a loyalist" He suddenly dissapeared. And a new delegate appeared. Another elf "Please forgive our delegate. He has not taken his medication. We thoroughly commend Skeelzania for their xenos purging"

A CF diplomat in exile stood in the CF area of the ESUS courts. He was thumbing an Elfradicator Mark VII auto-pistol lovingly. "We fully agree with Skeelzanian policies regarding the purge of lesser races."

[Kanuckistan]

The Kanuckistani deligate, a rather busty fox woman, was reclining with feet upon the desk befor her, and apeared to be doing her nails.. err, claws.

With a sigh, she started, sounding entirly disinterested, "Kanuckistan formally condems all xenocidal policies - yadayadayada - respect the soverginty of xeno ESUS members - yadayadayada - Battleplates burning traitors from the face of the galaxy - yadayadayada - y'all know the drill."

The CF man's ears perked up at the mention of 'battleplates.'

To sum up what his distracted mind heard, "Blah blah blah, xenos, blah blah, Battleplates burning, blah blah..."

This was a side to Kanuckistan he had never seen before, a side that seemed closer to his own former governments policies, rather than the neo-hippie pro-xeno crap that the Kanuckistanis usually (a)spew out.

Of course, the diplomat didn't even stop to think that perhaps he had misheard the Kanuckistani delegate before making his comment. "Our government's policies were in concordance with those of the government of Kanuckistan."

The CF man's ears perked up at the mention of 'battleplates.'

To sum up what his distracted mind heard, "Blah blah blah, xenos, blah blah, Battleplates burning, blah blah..."

OOC: Nope. Just easily distracted ones. Besides, he doesn't consider furries to be xenos. Just Elves and certain other creatures.

Now a case could be made for the diplomat's deafness or lack of attention.

If he could smile, in a humanoid sense, he would, if his name could be spoken, we would know it, but these were things that could not be done.

If he could even be stood in these halls, it would be, better, but anti-shivan sentiment was a r-ESUS norm.

Using little or no effort, he spoke, without opening his mouth, his speech ridingg on the psionic waves that interwined themselves in every particle of the galaxy.
