Large, possibly nasty, capships en route to homeworld.

Well, I've never been one to shirk away from what has been dumped on my lap before, and this thread is no exception. Despite some OOC quarrelling, and him not recognising me as being supreme Lord of Pluto outwards, I'm continuing with this. However, the most recentest post indicates that there may be large capital ships turning up that are... shall we say, angry. So... if I could have some backup, should this turns pear shaped, 'twould be appreciated. (I wouldn't be asking, but those look like large capships given the numbers sent, and I'm not at all equipped to deal with ships of that scale.)

since my other Achilles class Decimator is not occupied with preparing to turn indra into Space-mush, I'll send it... if this guy's small it can probably deal with him without help.

Largent is about my size, last I looked. That's about 2 billion, give or take. The Eclipse II is the main threat, despite the fact that it's pretty much the same as the SW eclipse.

Make sure you blast it.

Yup yup, that's what I was thinking. Just, bear in mind that nothing has actually happened yet, and their fleet hasn't even entered the sol system, so even I am technically unaware of it. I just didn't want to catch y'all unawares, so am giving you advance warning that it might go south and leave me wailing for help.

Your best bet would be to board it with everything you've got. Your troops should be VASTLY superior to stormtroopers, and based on what I've seen so far, Largent doesn't deviate from SW much.

If he sticks to SW... my Achilles with a few light escorts should be sufficient. Whic I'm assuming you can provide Jord. =)

Here. He just unveiled his Eclipse II. Lemme post a link so you can examine it for yourself: Here

Edit: He put his 'command ships' in the same post. They look rather wanktastic.

You misunderstand. The Achilles can outmaneuver a SW Dreadnaught, its 10.7 km of firepower, troops, fighters, shields, etc. I think its more than a match for just about anything he can throw at it, Decimators are for fleet killing. =) And yes, it is slightly wanky, which is why I have 5 of them, and under 30 capships in total.

Ah, danke.
Well, if it turns up, it'll be inside an asteroid field. Whilst that ain't gonna kill it, it's certainly a disadvantage given its size. It'll have more blind spots than Stevie Wonder!
